On Monday 16th May, 2011 a contractor will commence the demolision and re build of the balcony to the Surf Club.  Therefore the Balcony, underbalcony, under club and surrounding area will become a construction zone.  This means that the whole of the underneath of the surf club is out of bounds.  There will be no access to the male toiltes, gym, patrol locked room, Nippers area, IRB and so on. If you need anything out of the area please get it out by 15th May, 2011. 

The project is due to be completed by 15th July subject to rain and other delays.  Please note that this is not an issue in respect of which the club has any discretion, it was a condition of the contract and a requirement of Council.
