Documents: | Making a Booking 5 Easy steps to making your booking: STEP 1: Check to make sure the date you are after is available by checking our online calendar. STEP 2: Have a look at the Function Centre Pricing Structure. (Download documents on the left hand side of this page) PLEASE NOTE: We provide all Beverage and Catering. For any questions relating to the catering or beverages, please contact Dixon Beach Catering on 0418 545 331. STEP 3: To confirm the date you are after is available and tentatively reserve this date pending your booking. Contact our booking person on 0437 262 432 STEP 4: If the date is confirmed available, download the "Rules of Hire" and Booking Form (See left under "Documents") Please read this in full, then fill out the back page and post to the address as listed at the top of this page with your deposit made out to Dixon Park SLSC (Deposit is $800). Your Booking is confirmed once we have received the deposit. Tentative Bookings will be only kept for a maximum of 2 weeks. Once your deposit is received, your booking is passed onto Dixon Beach Catering who will be in charge of the running of your function. STEP 5: Dixon Beach Catering will contact you prior to your function to organise final payment and any other minor details. Once again, if you have any questions or special requests prior to your function, please call, we will be happy to answer any questions. IMPORTANT: Please ensure you complete STEP 3 BEFORE sending the completed forms to ensure that the date you wish to have your function is still available.
